Shipping

Shipping is free on every Australian order. No minimums, no codes.

• Dispatch: orders leave within 48 hours of being placed (business days).
• Delivery: typically 6–12 business days, tracked the whole way. You’ll get the tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
• Express: where offered at checkout, express orders are prioritised end to end (typically 3–6 business days).
• Coverage: we currently ship within Australia only.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the window above, email us and we’ll chase the courier so you don’t have to.

Returns & the 30-night trial

Every blanket comes with a 30-night softness trial. Sleep under it, wash it, live with it. If you’re not completely converted within 30 nights of delivery, we’ll refund you in full.

• Contact us at hello@coastalcotton.com.au with your order number to start a return.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method once the return is received, usually within 5–10 business days.
• The trial covers used and washed blankets. That’s the point of a trial.
• For Buy 1 Get 1 Free orders, the refund applies to the full bundle when the bundle is returned.

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for faulty products.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to get blankets to your door: your name, email, delivery address, phone (optional) and order details.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection and never touch our servers.

Analytics & advertising

We use privacy-friendly page analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand site traffic, and the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising. You can limit ad tracking through your browser settings or Meta’s ad preferences.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your personal information, and we only email you marketing if you opt in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works on the first click.
